A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments, 100% goes towards your service(s). You will be prompted to make the payment after you book your appointment. The remainder of your balance will be paid in the shop. 

NOTE: Any appointment without a deposit is not valid.

     NOTE: Unless you have a card saved to your file, please have payment ready when booking. If payment is not made within 8 minutes, the system will automatically cancel your appointment(s) to keep with slot open for clients prepared to make deposits.

POLICY: All payments and deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are non-transferable after original appointment month. No Show/No Call appointments will be charged. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with AT LEAST 24 hour notice, no exceptions. Queen Allure reserves the right to charge for any appointments that are missed without notice. 

LATECOMERS: If you are 10 min late to your appointment, you will be charged. There are other scheduled appointments after yours.

POLICY: One person in the room at a time unless accompanying a minor. 

AFTERPAY: Afterpay is a 'buy now, pay later' platform available only through QueenAllureAesthetics.com under "PACKAGES" on the upper left corner of the site; Afterpay is NOT accessible in the physical salon. AFTER purchase, text 732.520.0393 to schedule treatment(s). NOTE: Packages may also be paid in full without Afterpay in the physical shop via Zelle, Venmo, Cahapp, ApplePay, credit/debit, cash.

LIPO LASER+CAVITATION APPOINTMENTS: The time you reserve is the time you’ll receive. Any late arrivals will cut into YOUR scheduled appointment time. Consultations are $50 which are non transferable and goes towards the cost of your treatment. 

MICROCHANNELING APPOINTMENTS: Must arrive to appointment with makeup free skin, this includes mascara or you will have to pay a makeup removal fee. DO NOT use active ingredients other than hyaluronic acid and vitamin C 48 hours before your appointment. Deposits go towards the total cost of the procedure. If you are concerned about any ingredients in your products, text 732.520.0393 at least 48 hours prior to appointment. Consultations are $50 which are non transferable and goes towards the cost of your treatment.  

FIRST TIME WAXING APPOINTMENTS: If the hair is from shaving, allow growth of 1-2 weeks or AT LEAST the length of a grain of rice. If hair is not long enough, deposit is non refundable and non transferable to another appointment. Vajacial cost includes Brazilian wax and Vajacial treatment. Treatments will ONLY be performed on skin that Queen Allure has freshly waxed. 

POLICY: Queen Allure does not provide services for men under the underwear (i.e. Brazilians) 

SKIN LIGHTENING:  Contraindications: Any laser treatments, chemical peels or surgical scars on the desired area within the past 6 months.

POLICY: Queen Allure does not provide services for men under the underwear (i.e. intimate lightening)

HYDRODERMABRASION & DERMAPLANING: Please arrive to your appointment makeup free; spf and mild moisturizers are okay. Do not exfoliate ONE WEEK prior to procedure.

CHEMICAL PEELS: In order to be considered for chemical peel treatments, you must first be a Queen Allure client for your safety.
